Alpha GPC

Elite Research

Alpha GPC is a naturally occurring choline compound found in the brain and in small amounts in foods like soy lecithin, eggs, and organ meats. It’s also produced synthetically as a dietary supplement

Alpha-GPC is best known for boosting levels of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in memory, learning, attention and focus & muscle contraction. Because of this, it’s often used for cognitive enhancement and athletic performance booster

Alpha-GPC may increase power output and strength, likely due to increased acetylcholine supporting neuromuscular function. Some studies show a 5 - 10% increase in power when taken pre-workout

It’s used medically in some countries for conditions like Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or stroke recovery to help restore acetylcholine levels

Research application
