CJC-1295 no DAC
CJC-1295 without DAC (Drug Affinity Complex), also known as Modified GRF (1-29) or Mod GRF 1-29, is a synthetic peptide that acts as a growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog
It consists of the first 29 amino acids of GHRH, with four amino acid substitutions to enhance stability and binding affinity to GHRH receptors in the pituitary gland
These modifications prevent degradation and extend its half-life to about 30 minutes, compared to the shorter half-life of natural GHR
It stimulates the pituitary gland to release growth hormone (GH) in a pulsatile manner, mimicking the body’s natural GH secretion pattern. This can lead to increased GH and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) levels, which may support muscle growth, fat loss, improved recovery, and anti-aging effects
Unlike CJC-1295 with DAC, which has a half-life of 6–8 days due to albumin binding, the non-DAC version requires more frequent dosing (often 1–3 times daily) for sustained effects
Research application
Copied from the handbook as research notes. and not instructions.
- 5mg vial of CJC-1295 without DAC
- Reconstitution volume: 2mL of BAC water
- Common doses for CJC-1295 without DAC are 100–300mcg per injection, typically 1–3 times daily.
- 100mcg dose: 4 units
- 200mcg dose: 8 units
- 300mcg dose: 12 units
Unless other wise noted intermuscular (IM) peptides are commonly administered via subcutaneous (SQ) injection with 30-31 gauge syringes
