Cartalax
Elite ResearchCartalax is a very short synthetic peptide made from three amino acids: alanine–glutamic acid–aspartic acid , often written Ala-Glu-Asp or AED . It was developed as a Russian “peptide bioregulator” intended to target cartilage and connective tissue .
It is a compound that tells cartilage cells to function more normally, potentially supporting joint and cartilage health, cartilage cell repair and renewal, collagen and cartilage-matrix production, recovery from age related joint wear or injury
Research application
Copied from the handbook as research notes. and not instructions.
Khavinson-style bioregulators are usually used in short “pulse” courses rather than daily long term, as the proposed mechanism involves transient gene expression signaling with lingering effects
Standard short cycle: 10-20 days on, followed by breaks of weeks to months
Repeat frequency: 1-2 times per year, or every 3-6 months for maintenance in some protocols
Longer courses: Occasionally 30 days on with 3-4 months off or up to 1-3 months in certain less common oral regimens
- Common daily dose: 200 mcg-2 mg (some protocols titrate up to 2-5 mg)
- Low-end: 100-500 mcg/day
- Higher-end/titration: Start at 2 mg/day, increase gradually to 4-5 mg over weeks
Unless other wise noted intermuscular (IM) peptides are commonly administered via subcutaneous (SQ) injection with 30-31 gauge syringes
