Eloralintide

Eloralintide (LY3841136) is a once week weight loss drug. It’s different from GLP-1 drugs like semaglutide and tirzepatide, Eloralintide is a selective amylin receptor agonist, designed mainly to activate the AMY1 receptor.

Amylin is a hormone your body releases after eating. Activating its receptors can increase fullness, decrease hunger, and reduce food intake
