Enclomiphine
Elite ResearchEnclomiphene is a non-steroidal selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) used primarily to treat male hypogonadism by boosting natural testosterone production
It’s the trans-isomer of clomiphene citrate, lacking the estrogenic zuclomiphene isomer, making it more targeted for increasing luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) levels
By blocking estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus, it disrupts the negative feedback loop, stimulating gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) release, which increases LH and FSH, leading to higher testosterone levels and improved sperm production without suppressing fertility, unlike traditional testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)
Research application
Copied from the handbook as research notes. and not instructions.
- Enclomiphene is typically dosed at 12.5–25mg per day for male hypogonadism
- 12.5mg 25mg/ml = 0.5ml
- 25mg 25mg/ml = 1ml
Use daily for 14-28 days to assess testosterone response, cycles 3-6 months
Unless other wise noted intermuscular (IM) peptides are commonly administered via subcutaneous (SQ) injection with 30-31 gauge syringes
