FOXO4

Is a synthetic peptide designed to target and kill senescent (aging) cells, which are cells that have stopped dividing and can contribute to aging and age related disease

FOX04 is designed to selectively target senescent cells leaving healthy cells unaffected. By eliminating senescent cells, FOXO4 shows potential in reversing some aspects of age-related decline. It could be used as a way to induce apoptosis in senescent cancer cells. Studies have shown that FOXO4-DRI can alleviate age-related testosterone secretion insufficiency and improve testicular function. In cell cultures, it has shown promise for removing senescent cells from cartilage cells, which could improve their potential for generating high-quality cartilage

Research application

Copied from the handbook as research notes. and not instructions.

FOXO4-DRI is typically used in short cycles to target senescent cells, not daily long-term use

  • Standard beginner cycle: 200 - 500mcg, every other day for 3 days
  • Intermediate cycle (Standard Research): 1mg, every other day for 3 days
  • Reconstitute with 2ml BAC water per 10ml vial
  • 250mcg = 5 units
  • 1mg = 20 units

Unless other wise noted intermuscular (IM) peptides are commonly administered via subcutaneous (SQ) injection with 30-31 gauge syringes
