GW-0742 (Cardarine 2.0)

Elite Research

GW-0742 is a synthetic research chemical that acts as a highly selective agonist for the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor delta (PPARδ), a nuclear receptor involved in regulating lipid metabolism, energy homeostasis, and inflammation. It was developed as a structural analog to GW-501516 which shares similar mechanisms

GW-0742 can increase endurance, reduce triglycerides and cholesterol, and promotes fat loss while preserving muscle. It’s often studied for switching the body’s fuel source to free fatty acids, mimicking endurance training adaptations. It also protects against ischemia/reperfusion injury in heart tissue. Studies have shown it reduces lung inflammation and may improve insulin sensitivity

Compared to Cardarine sources describe GW-0742 as an “improved” or more potent version (up to 150-200 times stronger in research reports), with similar fat-burning and performance-enhancing effects but potentially fewer side effects
