Ipamorelin

Elite Research

Ipamorelin is a synthetic peptide classified as a growth hormone secretagogue. It stimulates the release of growth hormone (GH) by mimicking the action of ghrelin, a hormone that binds to the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR) in the pituitary gland. This promotes the secretion of growth hormone without significantly affecting cortisol or prolactin levels

It selectively stimulates GH release, leading to potential benefits like increased muscle growth, improved recovery, and enhanced fat metabolism

It has a relatively short half life, around 2 hours, requiring daily or multiple daily doses for sustained effects

Research application

Copied from the handbook as research notes. and not instructions.

  • 5mg vial of Ipamorelin
  • Reconstitution volume: 2mL of BAC water
  • 100 mcg = 4 units
  • 200 mcg = 8 units
  • 300 mcg = 12 units
  • Beginner: 100 mcg once daily, injected subcutaneously in the morning

Monitor for 1–2 weeks to assess tolerance

  • Intermediate: 100–200 mcg twice daily

Common for bodybuilding or recovery purposes

  • Advanced: 200–300 mcg 3 times daily

Often combined with peptides like CJC-1295 for synergistic effects

Unless other wise noted intermuscular (IM) peptides are commonly administered via subcutaneous (SQ) injection with 30-31 gauge syringes
