MK-777
Elite ResearchMK-777 or Acetamoren is a non-peptide small molecule designed to optimize receptor selectivity and pharmacokinetics compared to MK-677
It features a fluorinated thioether backbone, which enhances resistance to first-pass metabolism, giving it a longer elimination half-life of 8 - 10 hours compared to MK-677’s 4 - 6 hours
MK-777 Acetamoren acts as a ghrelin receptor agonist, binding to the GHS-R1a receptor with 92% greater affinity than MK-677. It stimulates the release of growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor 1 while also modulating somatostatin receptor subtypes SSTR2 and SSTR5
This leads to Enhanced muscle protein biosynthesis for lean muscle growth, increased bone mineral density, promotion of deeper and more REM sleep by altering sleep architecture, tissue-selective IGF-1 activation, favoring muscle over visceral fat, reduced hunger stimulation by 68% compared to MK-677 and no disruption to cortisol levels or glucose homeostasis
Research application
Copied from the handbook as research notes. and not instructions.
- 10-30mg per day
Unless other wise noted intermuscular (IM) peptides are commonly administered via subcutaneous (SQ) injection with 30-31 gauge syringes
