Pinealon

Elite Research

Pinealon is a synthetic tripeptide (a short chain of three amino acids) with the sequence Glu-Asp-Arg (also written as EDR or glutamic acid–aspartic acid–arginine)

It is classified as a peptide bioregulator and has been primarily researched in Russian scientific literature for anti-aging effects and neuroprotection

It is not derived directly from the pineal gland but is a synthetic compound inspired by or related to extracts like Cortexin (a polypeptide complex from animal brain tissue used for nootropic/neuroprotective purposes)

Some research links it to pineal gland optimization, but the core research focuses on its effects on brain cells, neurons, and cellular processes

Pinealon may exhibit neuroprotective propertie. It appears to reduce accumulation of reactive oxygen species, suppress oxidative stress, prevent cell death, and protect neurons under conditions like hypoxia, oxidative damage, or prenatal stress

It may also support cognitive function. Studies show potential improvements in learning, memory retention, spatial orientation and resistance to neurodegeneration

It may also have anti-aging potential. It could influence gene expression, cellular viability, proliferation, and processes related to aging, mitochondrial function and longevity markers

It also can offer benefits for brain health under stress and has been explored in high-stress contexts such as military/astronaut applications

Research application

  • 1-5 mg per dose. 10-20 day cycles, 3x per year

Unless other wise noted intermuscular (IM) peptides are commonly administered via subcutaneous (SQ) injection with 30-31 gauge syringes
