PT-141

PT-141 also known as bremelanotide, is a synthetic peptide used to treat sexual dysfunction

Unlike medications like Viagra that target blood flow, PT-141 works on the central nervous system by stimulating melanocortin receptors (MC3R and MC4R) in the brain, increasing sexual desire and arousal

It is currently approved for hypoactive sexual desire disorder in premenopausal women and is being researched for men with erectile dysfunction or low libido

Enhanced sexual desire and arousal in both men and women

Drastically improves erectile function, even in cases where other ED medications have failed

Boost in mood and confidence by increased dopamine release and intense erections and orgasm

  • 10mg vial of PT-141
  • Reconstitution volume: 2mL of BAC water
  • 0.5mg = 10 units
  • 1.25mg = 25 units
  • 2mg = 40 units
  • 1.25mg - Starting Dose
  • 2mg - Advanced Dose

Take 30mins to 3 hours before sexual activity

Do not exceed 1 dose every 24-72 hours

Limit to 8 injections per month

Unless other wise noted intermuscular (IM) peptides are commonly administered via subcutaneous (SQ) injection with 30-31 gauge syringes
