Sermorelin

Elite Research

Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide consisting of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH)

It stimulates the pituitary gland to produce and release growth hormone (GH), which supports growth, metabolism, and tissue repair

It’s primarily prescribed to treat growth hormone deficiency in children and adults and is also used off-label for anti-aging, muscle growth, and overall wellness due to its ability to boost GH levels naturally

It binds to GHRH receptors in the pituitary gland, stimulating pulsatile GH secretion

It increases insulin-like growth factor-1 production in the liver, which mediates many of GH’s effects

Popular in anti-aging clinics for improving energy, skin elasticity, muscle mass, fat loss, and recovery. Also used by athletes or bodybuilders for performance enhancement

May improve sleep, bone density, immune function, and cognitive performance; supports wound healing and cardiovascular health
