SLU-PP-915

Elite Research

SLU-PP-915 is an experimental small-molecule compound being studied as a pan-agonist of estrogen-related receptors. These receptors are heavily involved in, mitochondrial function, energy metabolism, fat oxidation, endurance adaptation, exercise signaling pathways

Researchers are investigating it as a possible “exercise mimetic” meaning a compound that may trigger some of the same metabolic pathways activated by endurance training

It is a newer evolution of SLU-PP-332. Early preclinical data shows SLU-PP-915 may have improved oral bioavailability and strong effects on aerobic performance.

Some of the effects seen in research were increased mitochondrial activity, increased expression of oxidative metabolism genes, enhanced fatty acid utilization, increased endurance performance & activation of autophagy related pathways

Research application

Copied from the handbook as research notes. and not instructions.

  • Typical starting: 1-5 mg/day oral or lower once daily
  • Common: 5-10 mg/day

Commonly 4-8 weeks on followed by 4-8 weeks off to avoid tolerance

Unless other wise noted intermuscular (IM) peptides are commonly administered via subcutaneous (SQ) injection with 30-31 gauge syringes
