SNAP-8

Snap 8 is a synthetic, elongated version of the popular anti-wrinkle peptide Argireline (Acetyl Hexapeptide-8). Snap-8 has 8 amino acids instead of Argireline’s 6, which makes it more potent and stable in many formulations

Snap 8 reduces acetylcholine release at the neuromuscular junction, partially relaxes facial muscle, reduces the depth and appearance of expression lines (crow’s feet etc.) It has a topical Botox-like effect (temporary, and much milder than actual Botox)

Snap-8 is considered one of the strongest topical “muscle-relaxing” peptides currently available in over-the-counter cosmetics
