Tesamorelin

Elite Research

Tesamorelin is a synthetic peptide, specifically a growth hormone-releasing hormone analog, designed to stimulate the pituitary gland to release growth hormone

Tesamorelin binds to GHRH receptors in the pituitary gland, stimulating the pulsatile release of growth hormone. This increases IGF-1 production in the liver. Unlike direct GH injections, Tesamorelin works within the body’s natural feedback loops, potentially reducing side effects associated with exogenous GH

It’s primarily used in medical settings for specific conditions but has also gained attention in wellness and anti-aging communities for its potential benefits

It decreases visceral adipose tissue (VAT) by increasing growth hormone levels, which promotes fat metabolism and increases lean muscle mass

Also potential neuroprotective effects and improved cognitive function in aging adults, possibly due to increased GH and IGF-1levels

It is also used for its potential to enhance skin elasticity, energy levels, and recovery
